For sale is a stunning and highly sought-after Tudor Heritage Black Bay Bronze Bucherer Blue Edition (reference M79250BB-0001, commonly known as 79250BB), an exclusive collaboration released in 2017 to celebrate Bucherer’s 130th anniversary. This modern classic diver features a 43mm bronze case made from an aluminum-bronze alloy with a brushed finish that naturally develops a unique, subtle patina over time, giving each watch its own distinctive character. The matte blue dial, known as the signature “Bucherer Blue,” is adorned with applied gilt Arabic numerals at 3, 6, and 9, signature snowflake hands, and luminous markers for exceptional legibility, all protected by a domed sapphire crystal. It features a unidirectional rotatable bronze bezel with a matching matte blue anodized aluminum insert and 60-minute graduations, a screw-down crown, and a solid caseback engraved with “Bucherer 1888.” Powered by Tudor’s in-house Manufacture Calibre MT5601, a COSC-certified chronometer with automatic winding, a 70-hour power reserve, and a silicon balance spring for enhanced anti-magnetism, this watch offers 200 meters of water resistance and a clean, symmetric no-date dial.
